At Saigon Corner, food is more than just something to eat – it’s passion, tradition, and a way to share culture. As a proud Vietnamese owner with a lifelong love for cooking, I created Saigon Corner to bring the true taste of Vietnam to our community.

This is our house specialty. Phở is the national dish of Vietnam. Our phở cooks for 16 hours for a deep taste that is wonderful on a cold day. (Rice noodles, swimming in beef broth, with green onions, cilantro, basil, lime, jalapeno). Vegan option is available upon request.
